Weapon Marine aluminium catamarans are designed and built in Port Kennedy, Western Australia. Every hull is constructed using a CNC-controlled jig system that ensures each boat is built to the same standard, every time.
CNC Build System
Each hull is fixed in a CNC-controlled jig from the start. actuators position the hull precisely for each stage of construction, controlled from a tablet that moves the jig to the correct orientation for every build step. During welding, the jig moves with the weld, keeping the work in the optimal position throughout.
Flotation chambers are injected with the hull vertical, with the foam quantity metered by the system to the exact amount for each chamber. No voids, no guesswork, and no chance of water collecting inside the foam over time.
Every hull comes out the same, every time.
What That Means for the Boat
Hull symmetry you can measure. Consistent weld quality across every joint. Panels that fit together cleanly. A boat that performs the way the engineering said it should, because it was actually built to the engineering.
Built to Your Spec
Every boat is built to order. Motor, console layout, electronics, colour — configured to how you’ll actually use it. We handle trailer, rigging and delivery including interstate.
