The R55 is our biggest, most capable machine, built to give you more room, more protection, and the flexibility to push out wider. With modular layouts that can be configured for fishing, diving, or commercial work, it adapts to whatever you use it for, even towing the kids around on a wakeboard.
Innovative stepped hydroplane hull
That is adapted from the designs of offshore racing powercats.
The steps in the hull increase the hull’s lifting efficiency, reducing frictional drag on the water. This results in less fuel, increasing your range, getting on the plane at lower speeds, fast top-end speeds, and increased stability with less trimming required with the throttle wide open.
The gills on the side of the R42 draw air into the steps, eliminating any stalling in choppy conditions

Electric Retractable Roof – Optional
The hard-top roof provides a large area of shade and protection for a centre console, making the boat more comfortable in all-day sun and changing conditions.
The roof is push button height adjustable. fully rasied for plenty of headroom then lower it when conditions get rough for added protection and a lower profile. It also lowers for towing and to fit into garages. Integrated switchable white and red LED deck lighting keeps your eays adjusted to the dark for night missions
Up top, there are positions for four rods: two wide outer trolling holders, plus two centre holders facing aft.
Optional forward and rear spotlights help with night beach landing or river navigation
Fighter jet-style console
A clean, driver-focused console that keeps your electronics protected and easy to read. The recessed dash and protective overhang shade the screen on bright days, improving visibility and reducing glare.
The layout is designed around the new generation of wide displays for a true glass cockpit feel.
Long Travel Suspension Cockpit Pod
This isn’t a suspension seat mounted to the deck. The entire cockpit pod moves as one suspended unit, including the seat, console, controls, and dash.
The pod is isolated from the hull by marinised long travel shocks, similar in style to motocross suspension. When the hull hits chop, the pod absorbs the impact before it reaches you, dramatically reducing shock loading and fatigue on long or rough runs. You can still drive standing up when you want to, but the suspension means you can stay in the seat comfortably for longer, even when the conditions get lumpy. The suspension can be tuned to suit different conditions and driving styles. The draver and passenger seats rotate to five postions so you can sit while fising from any angle.
Offshore Confidence
With four foam-filled separate flotation chambers, the pontoons will still float even if the cockpit gets flooded with water or the hull is punctured. Unlike your standard monohull, if the boat ever gets swamped by a wave, the water simply runs out of the back. This gives you confidence when navigating close around those reef breaks chasing snapper or on bar crossings

Rear Deck Space
Pull up on the mark and the rear deck is clean, open, and purpose built for fishing. Recessed toe space gives you solid footing at the gunwale when you’re leaning in and lifting fish. There lots of rod holders and there’s plenty of room to move, and fish without anything in the way.
A dedicated bait station includes an integrated live bait tank, split bait board, and knife storage, so everything has its place.
When the rods go down, the space transforms. The captain and passenger seats flip around, and fold out side seating around a large table creates a relaxed area to sit back, build rigs, have a feed or a drink, and let the kids unwind. The side seating modules, with integrated mackerel boxes, can also be removed to free up extra room for eskies and gear.
Rear Water Access
At the back, you’ve got dual side rear step areas with drop-down submerged platforms built in. When they’re down, you step up from the water naturally, instead of climbing a ladder, which is much easier with spearguns, fins, and dive tanks.
Outboard service conduits are routed out of the way, so the transom stays clear and you get a full, unimpeded walkthrough side to side when chasing a big fish around the back or tying off.
Front Casting Deck and Forward Seating
Up the front, the casting deck doubles as a forward seating area, takes full advantage of the wide nose catamaran hull, giving you a wide, stable platform to cast from.
The seating sits on top of a large storage locker, so you’re not wasting space. Lift it up and you’ve got a big, practical compartment for gear,
Easy Loading Trailer
Reduce boat ramp anxiety.
The aluminium trailer are designed to make launching and retrieving fast, simple, and predictable, even when you’re on your own. A fully integrated, walk-around top makes it easy to move safely around the boat while guiding it on and off the trailer.
An integrated rear pivot lowers the boat’s entry point, helping it float on and off more easily and reducing the depth you need at the ramp. It also makes shallow-water and beach launching more practical by dropping the rear of the boat closer to the water.
An automatic boat catch system locks the boat securely onto the trailer as it loads, giving you confidence that the boat is captured without needing to jump in the water or manually attach straps at the ramp.
